Personal and Honest

Learning to come to know, accept, and eventually love oneself is the theme of this work. It is refreshing to be given such honest insight into the thought, feelings, and response to living of another individual. While short in duration this writing is big in offer great personal and societal insight. I was left with the query...what if we all came to accept and respect uniqueness in ourselves and others as something to be honored and encouraged? Would hatred and cruelty be replaced with empathy and compassion?
